基于知识型员工行为特征的绩效沟通研究

         

摘要

Many companies have noted the importance of performance management and implementation of management adopted a variety of methods, but the effect is not obvious, the reason is that many companies ignore the core work of performance management - performance communication. Because knowledge workers have the behavioral characteristics of strong independent, high mobility, despise authority and other unique features, it should be explored an effective way of communication performance for its characteristics.%许多企业都注意到绩效管理的重要性,并采取多种方法实施管理,但效果并不明显,究其原因是很多企业忽略绩效管理的核心工作——绩效沟通.又因知识型员工有自主性强、流动性高、蔑视权威等独特的行为特征,所以应针对其特征探索一条有效绩效沟通实现途径.
