目标置换的成因、危害与对策研究

         

摘要

The goal, which can distinguish the characteristics of an organization from the others, reflects the meaning of the existence of the organization. However, goal attainment can' t be carried out effectively all the time; the overall goal we set don' t change while the target we achieve is different from the original one. That means goal displaced at the implementation process. The paper reviews the connotations of goal displacement, then analyzes the causes of goal displacement from subjective and objective factors. Thirdly, we discuss organizational damages due to goal displacement. And finally, we give some suggestions to control and manage goal displacement in the target achievement process.%目标是组织间相互区别的特征,是组织存在的意义体现.而在现实生活中,却不乏组织目标不能被有效实现的情况——设定的总目标并没有发生变化,而实际追求的目标却与之有偏差,原来的目标在实现过程中发生了置换.本文介绍了对目标置换的含义,并从主观和客观两方面分析目标置换的发生机制,并阐述了目标置换对组织的危害,从而得出组织要对目标置换进行管理的对策.
