利益相关者视角下的科技资源共享风险分析与对策研究

摘要

当前科技资源共享的研究大多主要集中于成本、效益分析和立法保障,但是忽略了共享主体——利益相关者的作用.出于对风险的考虑,利益相关者可能对科技资源共享持有不同的态度,进而影响共享的效果.在对科技资源共享的利益相关者进行界定的基础上,构建了科技资源共享结构,然后从利益相关者的角度对科技资源共享的风险进行了分析,最后提出了相应的风险对策.%Currently, the researches about technology resources sharing focus primarily on cost and benefit analysis and legislative security, but ignore the role of stakeholders. Because of sharing risk, stakeholders have different opinions about technology resources sharing. Based on the definition of stakeholders, a new structure of technology resources sharing is promoted, then, the research analyzes the risk that the stakeholders must face, finally, risk countermeasures are promoted.
