通过对珠三角地区高新技术企业进行实证研究,以华南地区的393个企业为样本,探讨高新技术企业中产业集群、网络结构与企业管理创新绩效三者间关系.研究表明,网络结构对管理创新绩效存在直接正向影响,产业集群对企业管理创新并无直接正向影响关系,而是一定程度上作用于企业的网络结构(如密度、互惠程度、非重复程度、中心性),进而影响企业的管理创新.%This research conducts an empirical study within 393 high -tech enterprises in south China, and discusses the relationships between cluster, network structure and management innovation. The result shows that network structure has a direct positive impact on management innovation, while cluster has not. . However, cluster can affect management innovation through network structure (e. G. , density, reciprocity, non - redundancy and centrality) in some degree.
