关系资本是近年来学者研究的一个新课题,是智力资本的重要组成部分.但关系资本的内涵是什么,有何种属性,还没有明确的分析和论述.通过对已有文献的研究,分析关系资本的内涵及属性,搭建企业关系资本的概念框架.最后提出企业关系资本研究展望.%Relationship capital is a new topic in academic research in recent years.
