产品创新度与企业绩效的关系研究——基于浙江中小企业的问卷调查

         

摘要

The paper, using 1722 SMEs of Zhejiang province in 2003 as study samples, analyzes the relationship between the degree of product innovation and enterprise performance. The results show that the degree of product innovation is relevant to the technology accumulation of enterprise. And raising the degree of product innovation is helpful to improve overall enterprise performance, especially promoting total profit and sales of new products significantly. In addition, enterprises should look for the appropriate channels to import technology and skilled personnel, such as large domestic companies. It will help enterprises to make a breakthrough in technique bottleneck of product innovation and achieve product innovation successfully.%以2005年1722家浙江中小企业作为研究样本,对产品创新度与企业绩效的关系进行了实证研究.研究结果表明:产品创新度与企业的技术积累有关,提高产品创新度有利于企业提升整体绩效,尤其对利润总额和新产品的销售额有显著的促进作用.另外,企业应当寻找恰当的技术和人才引进渠道,比如从国内大公司引进技术和人才,这样有利于企业突破产品创新的技术瓶颈,从而帮助企业成功实现产品创新.
