合作经验、网络能力与企业创新绩效的关系研究--基于中国IT企业的实证检验

摘要

通过以我国IT企业为研究对象，将网络能力引入到合作经验与创新绩效的关系之中，构建并验证“合作经验→网络能力→创新绩效”作用机制模型，打开合作经验对创新绩效的影响机制这一“黑箱”。以期为后续研究提供良好的研究视角和基础。%In this paper,we use the Chinese IT technology enterprises as the research object,and apply the network capa-bility to the relationship between cooperative experience and innovation performance.Then we build and validate the mech-anism of“cooperative experience→network capability→innovation performance”,which can open the “black box”that co-operative experience affects innovation performance.The results of these studies provide a good research perspective and basis for following research.
