根据对现实竞争力和潜在竞争力的理解，建立了包括经营规模、经营质量、经营效率、业务结构和成长性等五个一级指标、16个二级指标的中小上市商业银行竞争力评价体系。选取11家上市的中小商业银行，包括部分股份制银行和城市商业银行，通过模糊权重平均方法进行实证研究。结果表明，中信银行、招商银行、民生银行是中小商业银行中处于领先地位的银行，宁波银行、南京银行等城市银行由于地域性的限制，综合竞争力仍不敌股份制银行，但在潜在竞争力上有一定优势。%With the understanding of realistic competitiveness and implicit competitiveness , this paper sets up five first -level indexes, that is scale, quality, effectiveness, growthiness, business structure and 16 second-level indexes.11 IPO commercial banks of joint -equity and city ones , which are small and medium , are analyzed by fuzzy weighted average .As a result, China Citic Bank, China Merchants Bank, Minsheng Bank are in leading roles .However, city banks are least competitive because of scale and region limitation , but still have the advantages on implicit competitiveness .The sugges-tions are also given at last .
