基于延迟策略的供应链风险管理

摘要

延迟策略是管理供应链风险的有效手段，以前的研究具有局限性。基于正常事故理论，对供应链风险管理中延迟策略的作用进行一般分析，然后基于价值链活动的过程将供应链风险分为供应风险、生产风险、需求风险，对延迟策略在缓解每种风险中的作用进行具体分析，从而为选择合适的延迟策略为管理供应链风险提供指南。%Postponement strategy is effective in supply chain risk management .Existing researches have their limitations . Based on the normal accident theory , the effect of postponement strategy in supply chain risk management is analyzed gen -erally.Then based on the process of activities in value chain , supply chain risks are classified into supply risk , production risk, demand risk.And the effect of postponement strategy on mitigating each risk is analyzed concretely , which provides guideline for enterprise to choose appropriate postponement strategy in supply chain risk management .
