基于理论创新，从价值链和运营链的新视角，对美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、日本和欧盟等主要发达国家和地区的矿产资源综合利用模式予以深入解读，希望为我国矿产资源开发利用模式的转变以及矿产资源综合利用水平的全面提升提供启示性的思路。分析表明，主要发达国家和地区矿产资源综合利用模式的优势集中体现在3个方面，①先进的企业价值理念；②完善的价值链体系；③同价值链体系相协同的运营链体系。%Based on theoretical innovation and from value -chain and operation-management-chain perspective , the ar-ticle analyses the sustainable use mode of mineral resources in developed countries /regions such as United States , Canada , Australia, Japan and European Union .The article aims at providing revelation for transformation and improvement of sus-tainable use mode of mineral resources in China .The analysis shows that the advantages of the sustainable use modes of mineral resources in developed countries/regions include: ( a) Enterprise development is directed by the advanced value concept which is the base of sustainable use of mineral resources; ( b ) Enterprises have integrated value chain system which covered all key links of production from mineral resources exploring , mineral processing and refining to mine re-claim;( c ) Combined with modern enterprise management principle , enterprises also have the well -rounded operation management chain system which is compatible with the value chain system .
