当代风险治理的路径选择和法律应对

摘要

The current people hae stepped into the global risk society , and risk governance has become the urgent task of governments .Risk governance has three basic paths , namely the government macroeconomic regulation and control , privati-zation and regional autonomous governance .Three paths have advantages and disadvantages , which should be integrated in accordance with the spirit of deliberative democracy .Risk governance has ae traditional law system need to make some ad-justment so as to deal with the practical requirement of the risk society ’ s development .%当前人类步入全球性的风险社会，风险治理成为摆在各国政府面前的紧迫任务。风险治理有三条基本路径，即政府宏观调控、私有化和区域性的自主治理。三条路径各有长短，应该按照协商民主的精神综合运用。风险治理也使传统法律体系需要做出某些适应性调整，以应对风险社会发展的现实要求。
