基于语料库的主题词分析在国外科技人力资源跟踪中的应用

摘要

The paper concerns the application of keywords analysis in tracking reports on overseas human resources in sci -ence and technology ( HRST) .A specialized theme-based corpus is established and four dimensions are adopted to ana-lyze the characteristics of tracking -targeted countries or regions , organizations or institutions , types of HRST and hot is-sues in the field.Attempts are also made to draw a network diagram of the key keywords and their associates to highlight the relationship between word -selections and expression of the theme.The study shows that the corpus technology can be ap-plied innovatively to soft science like information science and study on science and technology policy and the keywords anal -ysis has broad prospects for interdisciplinary studies.%在跨学科的国外科技人力资源跟踪研究中引入主题词分析方法，通过创建“国外科技人力资源专门语料库”，结合跟踪国家与区域、组织与机构、科技人力资源类型及热点内容四大维度开展主题词分析，绘制关键主题词及联想词网络，对词汇选择与主题表达之间的相互关系进行总结归纳。研究显示语料库技术在情报科学、科技政策研究等软科学中能够发挥独特的创新作用，主题词分析具有广阔的跨学科应用前景。
