The article focus on enhancing the technology capacity of food industry , firstly it summarizes the existing litera-ture.Secondly , it studies the technology innovation capacity of China ’ s food industry by using factor analysis , compared with the relative industries , it appeared that the technology capacity of food industry is higher , especially in the proportion of technical transformation investment and proportion of R&D personnel investment , etc.But it has disadvantages in fund investment intensity of new products and the fund supporting in R&D , and that sort of thing .Finally, it proposes the sug-gestions according to the skills deficiencies in the input and output in food industry .%围绕提高食品工业技术创新能力这一主题,对现有文献进行综述,其次利用因子分析法对我国食品工业技术创新能力进行研究,通过与相关行业进行比较,发现食品工业技术创新能力相对较高,特别是在技术改造投资比例和研发人员投入比例等方面具有一定优势,但新产品经费投入强度和研发经费支持力度等方面能力较低。针对该行业在投入和产出能力方面的不足之处提出建议。
