我国战略新兴产业科技人才储备的对策研究--以湖北省为例

分析我国战略新兴产业发展现状，并以科技大省湖北省为例揭示我国战略新兴产业在科技人才储备与管理中存在的主要问题，在此基础上，从科技人才储备机制、培养模式、相关政策等方面提出战略新兴产业科技人才储备的对策。%The article analyzes the current situation of the strategic emerging industries.Taking Hubei province for exam-ple, the article reveals the main problems of our strategic emerging industries in the reserve and management of the science and technology talent.On this basis, the article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the reserve of talents , the training modes and the relevant policies for strategic emerging industries.
