社会资本与联盟动态稳定：基于互依平衡的实证研究

摘要

对社会资本影响联盟动态稳定的机制进行研究，在问卷调查的基础上，对我国企业社会资本如何促进联盟动态稳定进行实证检验。研究表明，在不考虑互依平衡作用的情况下，结构、关系、认知等三个维度的社会资本对联盟动态稳定均具有显著的促进作用；引入互依平衡后，社会资本对联盟动态稳定的作用显著下降，互依平衡起到了部分中介作用。%The paper studied the mechanism of which social capital influences alliance dynamic stability .On the base of questionnaire survey , the paper did an empirical test on how our enterprises ’ social capital promoted alliance dynamic sta-bility.The study showed that without considering the role of independent balance , social capital of three dimensions -structural、 relational and cognitive had a significant advancing effect on alliance dynamic stability .After independent bal-ance was introduced , this kind of effect decreased significantly .Thus, interdependent balance played an intermediary part .
