Based on the main indicators in terms of the regional innovation capacity , the paper describes the development of innovation capacity in Yangtze River Delta , Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim regions , and evaluates the science and technology innovation policies in the three regions .%通过对长三角、珠三角和环渤海地区评价创新能力的相关指标进行分析，论述各个地区创新能力的发展态势，并对其科技创新政策进行对比研究。
