The paper explores the theory of the division of regional cooperation and patent early warning , researches the sig-nificance and main contents of the Yangtze River Delta region key industry patent early warning , and puts forward the idea of the key industries of the Yangtze River Delta patent early warning mechanisms for cooperation on this basis .%探讨区域合作分工和专利预警的相关理论，对长三角地区重点产业专利预警的意义及主要内容进行研究，并在此基础上提出长三角重点产业专利预警合作机制的构想。
