江苏科技创业的薄弱环节和关键对策研究

摘要

以对江苏省科技创业发展状况的问卷调查和实地调研为基础,阐述江苏省科技创业的现状和科技创业的重要意义,分析总结目前江苏科技创业过程中在科技金融、中介服务体系、创业企业家、知识产权保护方面存在的薄弱环节,并提出促进江苏科技创业快速健康发展的关键对策和措施,包括建立多元化的创业投融资机制、培养青年创业人才、实施孵化器提升工程、创新政府服务方式、建设科技创业示范区等.%Based on the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation of development status of technological enterprises in Jiangsu Province,this paper expounds the present situation and important significance of technological enterprises in Jiangsu province,summarizes the weak links in respect of finance of science and technology,intermediary service system,entrepreneurship and intellectual property protection in the process of technological enterprises in Jiangsu,and puts forward key countermeasures to accelerate healthy development of technological enterprises in Jiangsu,including establishing a plurality of venture investment and financing mechanism,cultivating young entrepreneurial talents,implementing the project to upgrade incubator,innovating government service and constructing science and technology demonstration zone.
