微观视角的高新技术企业RD效率研究

摘要

The evaluation system for R&D efficiency of high-tech enterprise is built from micro perspective in terms of R&D funds investment intensity,R&D labor investment intensity as input index,the net assets yield,main business profit margins,the income growth of advocate business,technology assets ratio as output index and 16 listed high-tech enterprises in Hebei province as samples using DEA model.Finally,the countermeasures of improving R&D efficiency of high-tech enterprise from enterprises and government are proposed.%从微观视角即企业层面建立高新技术企业R&D效率评价指标体系,根据公司公开的财务数据等信息,选取R&D经费投入强度、R&D人员投入强度作为投入指标,选取净资产收益率、主营业务利润率、主营业务收入增长率、技术资产比率作为产出指标,运用数据包络分析(DEA)模型,以河北省16家上市高新技术企业为样本,对其R&D效率进行评价,并分别从企业和政府两方面提出提高高新技术企业R&D效率的对策.
