区域经济中机场拉动效率的评价指标体系研究

摘要

依托机场资源发展而起的临空经济,是一种新兴的高端区域经济发展模式.国内外临空经济已经取得了一定程度的发展,许多专家和学者对此进行了研究.首先分析总结临空经济与区域经济的关系,围绕区域经济发展中机场的拉动效率问题提出机场拉动效应的评价原则,构建了一套包含3个一级指标、7个二级指标和22个三级指标的机场拉动效率的评价指标体系,并采用主观和客观相结合的赋权方法对各级指标的权重值进行设定,在此基础上建立基于熵权模糊评价的临空经济拉动效应评价模型,为后续的实证研究与分析奠定基础.%The airport economic development by the airport resources is an emerging high-end regional economic development pattern.Domestic and international airport economy has achieved a certain degree of development,which gains many experts or scholars' in-depth study.The article analyzes and summarizes the relationship between airport economic and the regional economic development.Based on the pull efficiency of the airport in the course of the regional economy,it builds an evaluation index system,which includes 3 first grade indexes,7 second grade indexes and 22 third grade indexes to appraise the airport stimulating efficiency in regional economy.And combined with the subjective and objective wei-ghting method,the paper sets the weight value of indexes at all levels.Based on entropy weight of fuzzy evaluation,the paper establishes the airport-related economy pull effect evaluation model.This study may lay the foundation for the future.
