海洋石油平台建造企业技术能力评价研究

摘要

Ocean platform is the key equipment for the ocean oil and gas resource development.The platform building is a large and complex process.It comes down to cooperation among several systems and the technique system is the support for other parts,which is the key ability for the platform building enterprise.How to estimate the technical ability is a problem for the company and the investor.In this paper we provide a new way for it.The main ideology is analyzing the characteristics of the platform building process and finding the key technique reasons that decide the final result.We build an estimate system by analyzing this reason.In order to illuminate the effect of this estimate system,we take company C as an example.From this process we get a half-ration result and it can be compared with other companies,so the result can provide the information about the technique ability level concerned.%对海洋石油平台制造企业的技术能力,提出一种新的评价方法,其技术路线是通过对海洋石油平台的建造过程进行梳理,挖掘影响到平台建造实现过程中的主要技术因素,通过对这些因素进行分类汇总后形成系统的评价指标体系,并通过运用该评价体系对C公司的技术能力评价来说明该评价方法的实际效果.通过该评价方法得到的评价结果能够以半定量的形式提供企业技术能力与业界其他企业水平相对比的情况,为企业管理者和投资者提供参考和借鉴.
