甘肃省经济增长质量与科技进步的实证分析

摘要

以索罗模型的哈罗德中性为基础,对甘肃省1978-2010年的经济增长方式、物质资本水平做计量分析.通过测算实际经济指标估计出长期的均衡趋势,并以此测算出甘肃省的全要素生产率,并分析各要素对经济增长的贡献率；表明甘肃省的经济增长质量及科技进步水平,进而分析原因.%Taking the solo model of Harold neutral as the foundation of Gansu province,the paper carries out the measurement analysis on the economic growth mode and physical capital levels in the years of 1978-2010.By measuring the actual economic index,the paper estimates the long-term equilibrium trend,works out the total factor productivity of Gansu,and analyzes the elements of the contribution rate of economic growth.The paper presents the economic growth quality and the progress of science and technology level,and analyzes its causes.
