区域经济可持续发展预警系统的构建及实证研究

摘要

The article constructs the sustainable development early warning system from the population,resources,envi-ronment and economy,using entropy weight method and 2006-201 2 panel data of 31 provinces for empirical research. It shows sustainable development situation of regional economy becoming better,but there is a striking difference between eastern and western areas in sustainable development of regional economy. So we suggest that government should expand the scope of preferential policies and increase investment in infrastructure in western area.%从人口、资源、环境和经济4个方面构建区域经济可持续发展预警系统指标体系，采用熵权法对2006年至2012年全国31个省市区的面板数据进行实证研究。实证结果表明：我国区域经济可持续发展呈逐渐转好趋势，但东、西部地区相差很大。据此提出扩大西部优惠政策范围、加大基建投入等建议。
