中国技术市场中逆向选择对技术吸纳方的影响

摘要

Based on the impact of adverse selection in technology market of China,from the perspective of the life cycle of technology,this article analyses the change rule of consumer surplus by comparing symmetric and asymmetric information market,then concludes what factors that affect technology absorbers’ behavioral,and proposes effective methods to reduce the negative effects of adverse selection in Chinese technology market.%基于逆向选择对我国技术市场产生的影响，从技术生命周期的角度对技术吸纳方进行行为分析，通过信息对称与不对称市场的对比，研究技术吸纳者享受消费者剩余多少的变化规律，归纳其交易行为的影响因素，进而提出降低逆向选择对技术吸纳方负向作用的措施。
