分析全球研发投入的最新格局和态势，并从政府和企业研发的角度进行具体分析。分析表明，全球研发投资已经从危机中反弹，这得益于政府对科技投资的重视以及企业研发投资的强劲复苏。%This paper gives an overview of the global R&D investment. The new trends of global R&D investment are sum-marized in the paper. The R&D investment by governments and companies are analyzed respectively. The analysis shows that the global R&D investments are recovering strongly from the crisis.This depends on two important factors:firstly,the governments in many countries pay great attention to the science and technology investment;secondly,the global R&D in-vesting companies show a strong recovery.
