中国风电设备企业跨国并购的技术创新动因

摘要

The relevant information and literature are summarized firstly in this thesis.The case of Z Company about the cross-border M&A is researched and the technical innovation motivation of cross-border M&A is analyzed,from the angle of ownership advantages,internalization and local advantages,based on the theory of Eclectic Paradigm of Interna-tional Production.The research shows that the cross-border M&A of Chinese wind energy equipment manufacturers has technical innovation motivation.That means the motivation of M&A is not only to acquire technology,but also to integrate the domestic R&D institutes in a reversed way and erect the platform for international technical innovation.On this plat-form the Chinese enterprises could integrate the resources of advanced international technical innovation,acquire and strengthen the advantages of technical innovation,upgrade core-competence,and enhance the international competitive-ness.%通过对文献的分析研究，结合Z公司技术创新动因的跨国并购案例，根据国际生产折衷理论，从所有权优势、内部化和区位优势分析风电设备企业跨国并购的技术创新动因。研究表明：风电设备企业跨国并购有技术创新动因，不仅为了获得技术，而且利用被并购企业研发机构逆向融合企业在国内的研发机构，搭建国际化创新平台，获得技术创新优势，增强竞争力。研究技术创新动因的跨国并购，对企业提升科技创新能力具有重要的现实与理论意义。
