农业科技园区面临问题和制约因素的实证分析--基于苏州的调查数据

摘要

With GEM model of industrial cluster competitiveness as the theoretical analysis framework,an empirical analy-sis on the problems and restricting factors of agricultural science and technology park is carried out by using descriptive sta-tistics,paired T test and LOGIT analysis tools,based on the survey data in Suzhou.The results show that,the lack of large enterprises,the lack of talent,the difficulty of introduction of talent,the low degree of intensive processing of agricultural products,lack of marketizing mechanism of technology innovation,the difficulties in market funding,no marketizing opera-tion mechanism are the main problems and constraints faced by Suzhou agriculture;if the characteristics of park itself are not considered,the operation mechanism and system,resources and facilities are decisive factors of the economic benefits of the park.The Industry chain is the key factor of the social benefits of the park.%以产业集群竞争力GEM模型作为分析框架，应用描述性统计分析、配对T检验和LOGIT模型等分析工具，对苏州农业园区调查数据进行分析。结果表明，缺少大型龙头企业、人才匮乏、人才引进困难、农产品精深加工程度低、没有市场化的技术创新机制、资金筹备困难、没有市场化运行机制是苏州农业园区面临的主要制约因素；如果不考虑园区本身的特征，资源与设施、机制体制是制约园区经济效益的决定性因子；产业链是制约园区社会效益的决定性因子。
