知识产权(IPR)日益成为企业竞争优势和企业成功的重要因素。IPR管理是企业实施IPR战略的基础,企业只有对IPR进行有效的管理,才能将IPR资源转化为现实的竞争优势。然而,目前很多企业还没有将IPR管理纳入企业的战略管理和所有的关键业务流程之中,因此没能实现企业IPR价值最大化。文章旨在说明企业如何能够系统地进行IPR战略定位并制定有效的IPR战略,介绍企业制定和实施IPR战略流程的五个步骤。%Intellectual property rights (IPR)is becoming more and more important for competitive advantage and compa-nies’success.IPR management is the basis for the implementation of corporate IPR strategy.Only through effective IPR management,could the enterprises turn the IPR resources into real competitive advantage.Nevertheless many companies have not yet managed to integrate IP into strategy management and all critical business processes and thus do not get the maximum value out of it.This article aims to show how companies can systematically construct IPR strategic positioning and establish effective IPR strategy,then describes the five steps of the development and implementation of business IPR strate-gy processes.
