管理创新思维培训研究的进展

摘要

运用内容分析法，对相关文献进行数据分析、文本分析，初步概括当前管理创新思维培训研究所取得的进展，并提出未来研究的可能方向。%Developing management ability of creative thinking is one of the research topics in the field of technological in-novation and management innovation. This paper,using text content and data analysis on relevant literature conducted, preliminarily outlines current achievement of management innovative thinking training,and proposes possible directions for future research.
