基于社会网络的科技创业者创业能力研究

摘要

The entrepreneurship of technology entrepreneurs is the core of competitiveness of science and technology enter-prise. Based on the perspective of social network,the concept of technology entrepreneurs entrepreneurship has been put forward. The entrepreneurship of technology entrepreneurs which is on the basis of existing social network,continuously im inproves the social network and engages in entrepreneurial activities. Technology entrepreneurs entrepreneurship is divided into network building and entrepreneurial action ability. Network building ability includes network maintainance ability and development ability;Entrepreneurial action ability includes opportunity ability,communication skills,learning ability,ab-sorbing ability,strategic capabilities,decision - making ability and innovation ability.%基于社会网络视角，对科技创业者创业能力进行探讨，提出科技创业者创业能力构成要素，其由网络构建能力和创业行动能力构成，其中网络构建能力包括网络维系能力和网络开拓能力；创业行动能力包括机会能力、沟通能力、学习能力、吸收能力承诺能力、战略能力、决策能力和创新能力。
