农民专业合作组织知识网络及其运行机制研究

摘要

提出农民专业合作组织通过联合政府、企业、高校科研院所等知识主体构建知识网络进行知识的共享和创新，从而提升自身能力。通过梳理农民专业合作组织知识网络的构成要素，明确定位其功能和利益诉求，进一步分析知识网络的知识创新机制、学习共享机制、信任约束机制、利益分配机制4个运行机制。%This paper presents farmer'professional cooperative organizations through joint government,enterprises,univer-sities and research institutions to build knowledge network for knowledge sharing and innovation so as to enhance their capa-bilities. This paper combing through FPAs knowledge network elements,clearly positions its function and interest demands, further analyzes the mechanism of knowledge network from four aspects:knowledge innovation mechanism,learning sharing mechanism,trust constraint mechanism,and interest distribution mechanism.
