美国分布式能源发展及政策分析

摘要

从市场准入和市场运行两个环节分析美国国家层面以及各州所采取的相关激励政策和措施，以期对我国分布式能源发展以及政策制定起到一定的启示作用。%This paper analyzes the related incentive policies and measures of the United States from the aspect of market permitting and market operation,in order to get certain enlightenment to our country in developing distributed energy and making policies.
