电子商务领域物联网技术专利保护分析

Internet of things technology has obvious superiority in the field of automatic processing of information,so the combine of internet of things technology and E - commerce will produce a new technology revolution,and bring E - com-merce industry into internet of things technology era. Internet of things technology is of great use to E - commerce industry. Many patents in this field have come into being already,but there are still a lot of problems about patent protection in the field. To resolve the current problems,we need to draw up technical standard,enhance the level of technology transfer, and integrate the related resources.%物联网技术在信息自动化处理方面具备无可比拟的优势，其与电子商务行业的结合必将掀起一场新的技术变革，将电子商务产业带入物联网时代。物联网技术在电子商务领域应用广泛，在专利申请与授权的数量上已经初具规模。但目前该领域专利保护存在诸多问题，需要加快技术标准制定工作进程，提升技术转化水平，同时整合电子商务领域物联网专利技术资源，努力实现多方共赢。
