基于声誉模型的产学研联盟稳定性研究

         

摘要

From the perspective of reputation management and based on the extension of KMRW model,this paper builds a profit function of enterprise in government - led industry - university - research institute alliance,then studies the effect of reputation on enterprise’long - term benefits. The result shows as follows:under the condition of certain expectations of the discount rate,reputation makes enterprise have incentives to cooperate. The longer the period of cooperation,the more reputation rent producers can gain from cooperation,so that they have more motivations to cooperate. However,the ex ante funding from government has no effects on both enterprise’s and university - research institute’s behavior. At the end of the paper,several enlightenments to ensuring stability of industry - university - research institute alliance are proposed.%从声誉治理角度出发,基于 KMRW 模型的扩展构建政府主导的产学研联盟中产方得益函数,研究声誉对产方长期得益的影响。研究结论表明在满足一定的预期贴现率条件下,声誉使得产方有激励进行合作;合作期限越长,产方合作能获得的声誉租金越多,进而越有动力进行合作;而政府的事前资助对产、学研双方的行为无影响。最后根据分析结论为产学研联盟稳定发展提供一些启示。
