发达国家科学基金绩效评估体制及其启示

摘要

The authors have studied the performance evaluation mechanisms of National Science Foundation in developed countries. Main contents,such as background,legal basis,selection of experts,evaluation methods and process,evalua-tion results and its application,etc. of those laboratories are summarized and analyzed in this paper. Moreover,the enlight-enment to performance evaluation of National Science Foundation of China is investigated in the final.%对发达国家科学基金绩效评估机制进行研究。综述及分析发达国家科学基金绩效评估的背景与法律依据、评估专家的选取、评估的方法与过程、评估结果及应用等主要内容，探讨发达国家科学基金绩效评估机制对我国科学基金绩效评估的启示。
