知识转移、动态能力与新服务开发绩效的关系

         

摘要

伴随服务行业的迅速衍生和服务市场的竞争加剧,新服务开发是企业适应环境变化的重要手段。从动态能力的视角,初步构建并讨论有关知识转移、动态能力和新服务开发绩效的概念模型,剖析三者之间的相互关系,认为动态能力包括感知能力、获取能力和转化能力。一方面,知识转移有利于促进企业动态能力的提升;另一方面,动态能力有助于改善新服务开发绩效。动态能力在知识转移和新服务开发绩效之间具有中介作用。%With the rapid development of service industry and severe competition of service market,the new service devel-opment is the important means for enterprises to adapt to environment change. This research sets up a conceptual model of knowledge transfer,dynamic ability and new service development performance from the perspective of dynamic capabilities, and analyzes the relationship between them. This study suggests that dynamic capabilities include sensing capability,seiz-ing capability and transforming capability. On one hand,the knowledge transfer helps to promote enterprise dynamic capa-bilities. On the other hand,dynamic capabilities help to improve the new service development performance. Dynamic capa-bilities have the intermediary role between knowledge transfer and new service development.
