基于 SFA 模型和 Mulmquist 指数的河南省区域技术创新效率分析

摘要

The essay has measured the efficiency of regional creativity in Henan Province in three steps by using the SFA model. And the author found that the whole efficiency in Henan Province was increasing year by year. But Xuchang city and Luohe city showed the opposite result. Then the using of panel data model is good for discovering the efficiency’s envi-ronmental affecting factors. The throughput of post and telecommunications has the biggest influence while the numbers of institutions of higher learning has negative function. It indicated that education methods need to be improved in Henan Province.%利用 SFA 模型对河南省各地市的区域技术创新效率进行三个阶段的测度，发现整体效率值呈逐步提升的趋势，但许昌市、漯河市的效率值逐阶递减；另外，利用面板数据估计模型分析影响区域创新效率的环境因素，发现邮电业务总量作用最大，而普通高等院校的投入却起到了负面影响，说明河南省教育方式欠佳，有待提升。
