基于 QFD 与 SWOT 的集成化设计方法研究与应用

摘要

文章探讨一种质量机能展开 QFD 与 SWOT 分析法相互结合的集成化设计方法原理及应用。主要论述质量机能展开 QFD 的基本原理以及质量屋模型 HOQ 的构造，在质量规划中如何将 SWOT 矩阵分析方法应用于计划质量、产品特性点及质量规划目标值各项权重参数的设定，最后以一电子商务平台设计为例详细论述这种集成化设计方法的使用过程。%A new design method of integrating QFD and SWOT has been put forward in this paper. After the discussion of the basic principles of quality function deployment(QFD)and the structure of house of quality(HOQ),this paper propo-ses a method of how to use the SWOT matrix analysis for the parameter settings,which contain target values product fea-tures and engineering parameters. Finally,we demonstrate the application of this integrated design approach by taking an e-lectronic commerce system for example.
