Based on the systematic review of overseas researches,this paper firstly discusses the concept and classifica-tion of online customer participation in new product development. Secondly,the paper provides the review of the motiva-tion,mode and result of online customer participation in new product development to analyze its antecedents,conse-quences and approaches. Lastly the prospect of future research is proposed so as to provide some helpful inspiration for domestic researchers to do related research.%在对国外学者相关研究成果作系统总结和梳理的基础上,探讨顾客在线参与新产品开发的概念界定和主要分类,从参与动机、参与模式和参与结果等方面,分析了顾客在线参与新产品开发的前因后果和途径方式,对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为国内学者深入开展相关研究提供有益启示。
