管输企业科技服务体系研究与应用

摘要

The life cycle of science & technology activities in pipeline transport enterprises was researched and estab-lished,based on which the science & technology service system and software platform were developed together with the practice of Petrochina Pipeline company. Staffs related to science & technology activities could retrieve the useful informa-tion they need from the platform.%中国石油管道公司结合自身实践，建立适合管输企业的科技项目全生命周期管理模式，覆盖了管输企业科技活动全过程，并分析不同环节各类活动主体的职能和用户科技需求，在此基础上，创建了管输企业科技服务体系，并通过科技服务平台实现在中国石油管道公司的全面应用。
