不同类型区域减排的技术经济路径研究

摘要

Emission reduction is an effective technical and economic way to deal with climate problem,alleviate resource and environment predicament,and realize the sustainable development of economy and society.Its route is chosen by the objective condition of different types of region.Focus region should,based on resource conservation and environment friendly agriculture and animal husbandry,vigorously develop clean,water -saving and investment -saving agriculture and animal husbandry.The realistic choice of difficult region is to optimize resource exploitation and adjust the structure of re-source products.The best route for challenge region is developing and using new energy,realizing industrial structure trans-formation and upgrading.The emission reduction emphasis of ideal region is strengthening low carbon products supply and guiding low carbon consumption pattern.%减排是应对气候问题、缓解资源环境困境、实现经济社会可持续发展行之有效的技术经济手段，其路径选择因不同类型区域的客观条件而异。关注区域减排应立足资源节约型、环境友好型农牧业，大力发展清洁、节水和节投农牧业；困难区域减排较为现实的选择是优化资源开采利用，调整资源产品结构；挑战区域减排的最佳途径是开发利用新能源，实行产业结构转型与升级；理想区域减排的重心在于加强低碳产品供给和引导低碳消费模式。
