合作农业推广网络治理模式及创新

摘要

Network cooperation is required from R&D research,production to extension in achievement of agricultural tech-nology.Agricultural extension networks dominated by government based on hierarchy,or market based on spontaneous or-der,are all involved in institutional predicament.We analyzed the logic of cooperative extension network governance from the perspective of network embeddeness,and built a collaborative network governance model,which was discussed from network structure,formal and informal relationship,dynamic process,comprehensive governance mechanism,and network development in further.%农业科技成果从研发、生产到推广往往需要多元主体参与的网络式合作。而基于“等级秩序”的政府主导型推广网络和基于“自发秩序”的市场主导型推广网络治理模式都存在一定的制度困境，进而从网络嵌入视角分析合作推广网络的治理逻辑，探索性地构建合作农业推广协同网络治理模式，并从纵横交错的网络结构、正式和非正式契约下的网络关系、动态化的运作过程、全方位的治理机制以及合作网络发展等角度对该模式进行阐述。
