文化科技深度融合的关键影响要素分析

摘要

Along with the science &technology innovation,the progress and prosperity of human civilization is evolving.An important way to build an innovative country and achieve the cultural strategy is promoting the further integration be-tween soft power of culture and hard power of science &technology during the new period.For the sake of wide and deep integration of culture and science &technology,we should analyze the variety factors that are interdependent,coordinating and interactive.In order to provide the necessary theoretical basis,we analyze all the factors affecting the integration of cul-ture and science &technology from power layer,support layer and policy guidance layer,and clear the complicated rela-tionship of these factors based on interpretative structure modeling.%人类文明的进步和繁荣发展是伴随着科技创新而不断演进的。新时期，推进文化软实力和科技硬实力深度融合成为建设创新型国家和实现文化强国战略的重要途径。文化科技广泛而深入融合离不开对彼此依存、协调互动的多种影响因素分析和研究。从动力层、支撑层、政策指导层三个方面分析影响文化科技交汇融合的诸多因素，在此基础上引入解释结构模型（ISM）对文化科技深度融合的影响因素进行建模分析，明确各因素之间的相互关系，使文化科技融合影响因素之间错综复杂的关系条理化和层次化，为推进文化科技深度融合提供必要的理论依据。
