江苏省机电仪企业技术性贸易壁垒风险评价及预警研究

摘要

Electromechanical Products,as the major driving force to promote our nation’s foreign trade,have been suf-fered a lot due to TBT,which causes the loss rising these years.This paper,based on the Electromechanical Products in Jiangsu Province,using the AHP -Fuzzy,to study the risk index and characteristics of the Electromechanical Products in Jiangsu Province,and even in China,and then put forward the related warning mechanisms to maintain the healthy and steady development of our nation’s foreign trade.%机电仪产品作为江苏省外贸出口的支柱，近年来因遭受技术性贸易壁垒的影响而使其外贸出口额明显削减。如何规避和降低技术性贸易壁垒所引发的贸易风险，需要对技术性贸易壁垒的特点及风险结果进行科学的认知与评价。以江苏省为调研样本，运用模糊层次分析法对江苏省机电仪出口产品技术性贸易壁垒风险进行评价，依据风险评价级别与特点，从经验借鉴层面和“三位一体”战略联盟层面提出对应的风险预警对策，以促进江苏外贸事业的健康持续发展。
