中国科技政策史研究论纲

摘要

The paper discusses the value for the research of Chinese science and technology policies,reviews about the re-search status of science and technology policies of China,discusses several key problems about the research of Chinese sci-ence and technology policies,namely,the historical periodization and its standards,the boundary specific content,re-search methods,etc. The paper argues that we should make full use of varieties of methods,for example the measurement, qualitative research,comparative historical research and literature research,etc.%探讨研究中国科技政策史的价值，回顾国内外关于中国科技政策史研究的现状，探讨关于研究中国科技政策史的几个关键问题，即中国科技政策史研究的历史分期及其标准、研究的边界、研究的具体内容、研究的方法等。认为应充分使用计量史学法、质的研究方法、比较史学法以及文献研究等方法进行研究。
