中西文化对科学规范影响的比较研究

摘要

通过问卷调查发现，中西方科技人员在对待默顿规范的态度上存在着较大差异。究其原因与中西方的文化传统有较大的相关性；文化既然影响了科技人员的价值观，就会进一步影响其行为规范。其实，默顿规范产生于特定的历史和文化背景，这进一步说明文化对科学规范的影响；在不同的文化背景和不同的情境下科技人员应遵循不同的科学规范。这些研究为新时期我国科学规范的制定奠定了一定的学理基础。%According to the questionnaire survey,Chinese and western science and technology personnel have greater differences in attitudes towards Merton's scientific norms.There is a significant correlation between the Chinese and western cultural tradition.Now that cultures influence the values of scientific and technological personnel,it will further affect their behavior norms.In fact,the Merton's norms were generated in the specific history and culture,which further shows the cul-tural influence on scientific norms.The scientific and technological personnel should follow the different scientific norms in different cultural backgrounds and contexts.These studies lays the theoretical foundation for the development of scientific norms in the new period in China.
