产业集群转型升级视阙下的区域创新平台构建--以青岛西海岸经济新区为例

摘要

Industrial clusters must improve their innovation abilities in order to promote the upgrading of industrial clus-ters. Therefore,building regional innovation platform on the basis of the industrial clusters is a good development approach.Based on the study of industrial clusters and regional innovation system at home and abroad,this paper analyses the present situation,change and challenge of the West Coast New Economic Area and establishes the dynamic model of industry clus-ters upgrading. In addition,it analyzes the interaction between industrial clusters and regional innovation platform,sets up evaluation index system of regional innovation ability of the West Coast New Economic Area and makes empirical analysis u-sing Grey Relational Analysis. Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures of regional innovation platform construction for promoting the upgrading of industrial clusters of the West Coast New Economic Area.%推动产业集群的升级，必须提高产业集群的创新能力，构建以产业集群为基础的区域创新平台是一种较好的发展途径。论文以国内外产业集群和区域创新系统的相关研究为基础，建立产业集群升级的动力模型；阐述区域创新平台的要素构成和结构；剖析产业集群与区域创新平台的互动关系。以青岛西海岸经济新区为例，在产业集群分析基础上，建立西海岸经济新区区域创新能力评价指标体系，运用灰色关联分析法进行实证分析并提出推进西海岸经济新区产业集群升级的区域创新平台构建的对策。
