示范区科研经费管理试点政策初步研究

摘要

This article focuses on the evaluation of research funding policy in the National Independent Innovation Demon-stration Zone.It analyzes the background and breakthrough of the policies,and gives out the policy implementation and preliminary results.Finally,according to the field research,it points out the main problems existing and proposes policies to adjust the direction in the future.%重点评价示范区（试验区）科研经费管理试点政策，着重分析政策出台背景与突破点、政策执行与初步成效。并根据调研和研究情况，指出目前科研经费政策存在的主要问题，并提出未来的调整方向。
