中小城市温室气体清单编制实践研究

摘要

在梳理我国清单编制工作的基础上，结合秦皇岛市应用省级指南的实践，重点阐述中小城市清单编制的流程、数据来源、获取方式及问题，及对中小城市清单编制工作提出几点建议。%After summarizing China's GHG emissions inventory status,the experience on how to put provincial guild into cities was described,and workflow,data source and problem encountered during compilation were elaborated,on the basis of the compilation of Qinhuangdao GHG inventory.Finally,this essay put forward some advice for GHG inventory compila-tion of small and medium -sized city.
