国家目标引导下的大科学装置建设--以上海同步辐射光源为例

摘要

As an important platform for scientific and technological development,the large -scale scientific facility is mainly influenced by national goal in both policy and funding.As a typical case,Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF)has contributed much to the scientific and technological progress,guided by the national goal in the various stages including project forming,pre -research,construction and optimization.%大科学装置是科学技术发展的重要平台，其建设主要在政策和资金两方面受到国家目标的影响。作为我国大科学装置典型代表的上海同步辐射光源（SSRF），其概念提出、预制研究、立项、建造和后期优化等环节都紧密结合国家目标，在推进科学研究、发展高新技术方面做出了突出贡献。
